Theory of Change

Inclusive North’s Theory of Change focuses on tackling racial inequality by strengthening Black and racially minoritised (BRM) communities and organisations across Lancashire and the North West. Through capacity building, partnership development, community-led insight, and advocacy for fairer systems and investment, the organisation aims to empower grassroots groups, increase representation in decision-making, and embed racial equity into local and regional systems. The long-term vision is a more inclusive society where BRM communities have greater influence, access to opportunities, and equitable outcomes in all aspects of life.
